The Nordic two-Michelin starred restaurant Aska is relocating from New York to London
On Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd May, the restaurant Lyle's in London have the pleasure of welcoming the Swedish chef Fredrik Berselius of New York City's two-Michelin starred Aska restaurant joining James and the team in the kitchen for two collaborative dinners. The evenings will celebrate the release of Fredrik’s book ‘Aska’, which is published by Phaidon.
Hosted by Lyle’s restaurant in Shoreditch, London, The Guest Series is a way to showcase some of the most talented chefs from around the world. Each dinner will feature a different chef that we highly respect and think is doing incredible things.
“I believe that a restaurant should never stand still. We are looking to constantly evolve. The guest series gives us an opportunity to see British produce in a new light,” explains James Lowe, head chef at Lyle’s.
Whilst they are a British restaurant that celebrates British produce, The Guest Series gives them and their diners a chance to see what’s going on elsewhere – bringing the opportunity to experience some of the world’s best restaurants, without the airplane fare.
