A day in London
How would you like to spend 24hr in the city of all cities; London town! Perhaps checking out the best the town has to offer - such as beautiful boutiques, that may ever inspire a future creative interest, or sparkle a touch of shopping-mania. Perhaps you are more interested in the finer things in life - such as a great dinner at a good restaurant, with stunning interior to match. Sleeping well in the busy city is equally important. Look for hidden gems that might be your new favourite go-to secrets.
Look for stunning places that serve breakfast outdoors - there are a few good rooftops available, otherwise Chelsea and Kensington have good gardens such as the bluebird café on King's Road
Shop in distinctive boutiques: Shoreditch is great for hipster finds. Try Broadway market for a good veggie lunch. Alternatively opt for King's Road where all the highstreet shops and curiosa unravels.
The options for afternoon tea are endless. Try out either Dean Street Townhouse for a fancier option, or Soho Secret Teahouse - truly secret, follow a staircase to the function room that turns out to be a lovely Victorian'esque hide out.
Need a good drink in the afternoon - if you are a Soho house member then the terrace at Shoreditch house is always lovely. If not Dean Street Townhouse is a great option - but there are many local places. If you are looking for a good pub, we absolutely love The Culpeper in Shoreditch/Whitechapel - it has a great rooftop terrace too.
The Gaucho Club is a members club, and a great place to meet creatives, enjoy a drink or a good dinner - the only down side, is that you need to be accompanied by a member or be one yourself. But London has great places to dine - Try Iberica restaurants by Clerkenwell - Great interiors, good food and there's a good bar for after-dinner drinks. St Johns in Shoreditch and Clerkenwell is also an institution - proper british and simple with a good focus on products and butchered meat to the highest standards.
Honest Burgers are great if you need an amazing burger at a good price. Good for hangovers or if you are just generally burger hungry.
Need a proper London experience with great interiors, interesting locations and good facilities - do try either The Boundary in Shoreditch with their rooftop terrace or The Ham Yard in Soho with its great locations, rooftop, shops and cinema.
