Johnny Coca - The Creative Director of Mulberry
The Mulberry Autumn 2016 campaign is the first by Creative Director Johnny Coca, captured by young photographer Coco Capitán and styled by Katy England.
"I wanted to capture everyday moments, fleeting moments that are both mundane and beautiful. The result is a series of vignettes that have an almost voyeuristic feel."
Coco Capitán recently captured the atmosphere behind the scenes at Mulberry's London Fashion Week show, with an exclusive takeover of the brand's Instagram and Snapchat channels.
This first-release campaign image features the Clifton bag (prices from £595), as seen on the catwalk at London Fashion Week and carried by model Lina Hoss, who is one of the stars of the new campaign.
An exclusive capsule collection of Autumn 2016 product will be available online and in store from April. This will be the first opportunity for customers to purchase Johnny Coca's designs. All pieces in this early release feature press studs, a new design signature seen in the campaign and on the catwalk during February's London Fashion Week. The press stud detailing was inspired by military hardware and British punk rock and features on the new Clifton bag, Chester bag and Marylebone Boots.
